As an independent senior consultant, I support enterprise organizations in getting the most out of their data flows. My approach combines deep SAP process expertise with modern business intelligence and agile workflow automation. My work combines operational pricing expertise and commercial excellence with SAP process knowledge, modern business intelligence and intelligent automation.

My goal is not to create temporary reports, but to build future-proof, automated data ecosystems that sustainably reduce the workload of your business teams.

My Motivation

Why I founded Ernest Grass Consulting

From practice, for practice: In many enterprise projects, I have seen how valuable SAP data gets stuck in rigid structures or how business teams spend days struggling with manual Excel reports. Pricing structures remain intransparent, management impulses come too late, and commercial excellence stays a buzzword without measurable implementation. Large agencies often lack a pragmatic understanding of the interfaces between systems and business needs.
This is exactly where I close the gap. I founded Ernest Grass Consulting to give companies direct access to an experienced and agile expert. I don’t deliver theoretical slide decks — I deliver working, automated data environments, from the initial analysis to the final dashboard.
